Over the Web
You can submit your questions or comments to the Computer Helpdesk through our Online Request Form. The system will automatically provide you with a call ID tracking number to your ODU e-mail account. Then, a Helpdesk representative will respond to your support request.
Stop in and meet our friendly and knowledgeable Technical Assistants. You can bring your computer problem, your laptop (or both!). We'll take a look and see what we can do to get you back to work. The Computer Helpdesk is located on the second floor of the Spangler Learning Center (Room 209).
Over The Phone
Working from home or your office? Give us a call! Many problems can be solved over the phone. A Technical Assistant can walk you through resolving a problem step-by step.
Working Late? Leave a message on our voice mail! Voice mail gives you the opportunity to call whenever you have a problem - knowing you will get a call back the next day.
