The ODU Computer Helpdesk is available to assist you with computers and other technology at Ohio Dominican University through a variety of ways.
Over the Web
You can submit your questions or issues to the ODU Computer Helpdesk through our Online Request Form. The system with automatically provide you with a ticket number to your ODU email account. Then, a Helpdesk representative will respond to your support request as soon as possible.
In Person
Stop in and meet our friendly and knowledgeable Technical Assistants. You can bring your computer problem, your personal laptop, or even both! We’ll take a look and see what we can do to get you back to work. The ODU Computer Helpdesk is located on the second floor of the Spangler Learning Center(Room 209), next to Accessibility Services.
Over The Phone
Working from home or your office? Having issues in a classroom? Give us a call! Many problems can be solved over the phone. A Technical Assistant can walk you through resolving the problem step-by-step or through Teamviewer on your ODU-own machine.
Working late? Leave a message on our voicemail! Voicemail gives you the opportunity to call whenever you have a problem - knowing you will get a call back the next day or when we are open next.

You can send an email to helpdesk@ohiodominican.edu. Your email will be reviewed by our Technical Assistants and they will respond as soon as possible. Please include your ODU ID number and a phone number so that we can contact you.
